Privacy Policy and Confidentiality Agreement
Effective Date: 03.06.20261. Introduction
This Privacy Policy and Confidentiality Agreement applies to the use of the Lauxes Grates Portal and Team Mobile Application ("Application") by authorized Team Members of Lauxes Grates ("Company").The Application is provided exclusively for business purposes and is intended for use by authorized Team Members in the course of their employment or engagement with the Company.
2. Information Collected and Used
The Application may collect, store, and process information necessary for business operations, including but not limited to:* User account information;
* Employment-related information;
* Company documents, communications, and records;
* Operational, scheduling, training, and compliance information;
* Usage and activity data related to the Application.
Such information is collected solely for legitimate business purposes and to support the operation, security, and functionality of the Application and Company Portal.
3. No Third-Party Sharing
The Company does not sell, rent, trade, or share information collected through the Application with any other company, organization, or third party except where:* Required by law;
* Necessary to protect the Company's legal rights;
* Required to comply with regulatory obligations.
Information contained within the Application remains the property of the Company.
4. Confidentiality Obligations
All information, documents, records, communications, reports, data, and materials accessible through the Company Portal and Application are confidential and proprietary to the Company.By accessing or using the Application, Team Members agree that they will:
* Keep all Company information confidential;
* Not disclose, copy, distribute, transmit, publish, or share any information obtained through the Application unless expressly authorized by the Company;
* Use information solely for legitimate Company business purposes;
* Take reasonable measures to protect Company information from unauthorized access or disclosure.
These confidentiality obligations continue after employment or engagement with the Company ends.
5. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for:* Maintaining the security of their login credentials;
* Ensuring that access to the Application is not provided to unauthorized persons;
* Reporting any suspected security breach or unauthorized access immediately to the Company.
Users must not use the Application for unlawful purposes or in a manner that may compromise the security, integrity, or reputation of the Company.
6. Access Rights
Access to the Company Portal and Application is granted at the Company's sole discretion.The Company reserves the right to:
* Suspend, restrict, or terminate user access at any time;
* Remove access without notice where deemed necessary;
* Modify user permissions or account privileges as required for business, operational, security, or compliance reasons.
Users acknowledge that access to the Company Portal and Application may be revoked at any time and for any reason determined by the Company.
7. Data Security
The Company implements reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information stored within the Application from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.However, no electronic system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and users acknowledge the inherent risks associated with electronic communications and data storage.
